Dimension 8200 1.7Ghz RDRAM
Question:

How do I tell whether I need ECC or non-ECC RAM? I have a Dell Dimension 8200 Pentium 4 1.7GHHz machine I bought in 2001 that I would like to upgrade.
Answer:

All of our memory is ECC, however, it does function as Non-ECC in corresponding computers so it will be compatible in your machine. (In fact most of our orders are specifically for the Dell Dimension series computers).

All of our  PC800-45 RDRAM  is guaranteed compatible in your computer and can be returned for any reason.
