Dell Dimension 8100 1.4Ghz Memory Upgrade

i have a dell demension 8100, pentium 4, 1.4GHz. with 128MB RDRAM. this computer was purchased from dell on 12/22/2000. i would like to upgrade my ram to 512 or as high as is compatible with my unit. i have already upgraded to 160 GB hard drive. what are my options for ram.

The Dimension 8100 is compatible with all of our  PC800-45 RDRAM.
I would personally recommend a  512mb (2x256) PC800-45 RDRAM upgrade. This can be installed in addition to the 128mb of memory you currently have for a total of 640mb of memory.
