Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade the RAM on my Dimension 8100. Dell no longer sells the RAM for this machine, and told me it could only hold 1Gig of RAM in 2 slots. I was wondering if you knew anything about the maximum memory my 8100 can hold.

The Dimension 8100 has 4 slots for memory. You likely only have 2 slots occupied now, with 2 available. This allows you to purchase a set of memory and add it in addition to what you currently have.
