How is my payment information processed?
CheapestRDRAM.com uses Google Checkout to process transactions. In the interest of security, none of your actual payment information will be entered on our site. You will only be asked for your zip code before being directed to Google. Once on the Google Checkout site, you will be prompted for your actual payment information. Because we do not have the ability to process payments directly, we can not accept orders over the phone.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please Contact Us for an RMA. We will refund the entire purchase price less shipping and handling back to your credit card upon receipt of the return.
Do you handle corporate purchases?
Yes, we can handle corporate orders as long as the purchase can be made with a credit card. However, we cannot process purchase orders, or delayed payments. If you are buying a large quantity of memory we recommend contacting us first for better pricing.

What about ECC / Non-ECC memory?
ECC refers to Error Checking and Correcting. Basically, it is a type of memory that allows the computer to correct errors on the fly. This type of memory is absolutely vital in server applications. Most of the memory we sell is ECC and is guaranteed to be compatible with any type system you have. If you require Non-ECC memory for a particular application please Contact Us.
What if the memory does not work in my machine?
If the memory you receive does not work with your computer please Contact Us as soon as possible. Also, let us know the nature of the issue as completely as you can. If you have received bad or incompatible memory we will promptly issue you an RMA. Upon receipt of the return, at your discretion we will either refund the entire purchase price or replace the memory.
